1. QUALITY OF SERVICE

First Sign Leads provide exclusive, high intent life insurance leads for your customers. Every lead we provide is specifically generated for you and has not been shared with other customers. We have every lead verify their cell phone number by sending a 6-digit one-time passcode, so we are certain the phone line is active and accessible to the lead at the time we generate the leads. We do not resell leads. That being said, we make no guarantees regarding conversion rates, sales results and business outcomes. Those are outside of our control.

2. REFUNDS

We deploy huge financial, human, technological and time resources to generate exclusive leads for our customers. And in most cases, we utilize third-party companies to achieve these outcomes. As a result, we do not offer refunds, rather we offer credit towards a future or replacement order request. contact Support Team for refund requests

3. REPLACEMENT OF LEADS

We understand that in rare occasions there may be a few leads that may not be the ideal lead for your business. Example may be a lead that spoke in a language other than what you understand etc. We offer replacement leads in these unfortunate situations. However, a request for lead replacement MUST be submitted within 48hrs of last lead delivery of the order.

  • The Incorrect Entry

    We understand that "wrong numbers" are a frustration in the field. However, we are not responsible for consumers who intentionally or accidentally provide a working phone number that belongs to another individual. If our system successfully verified the connectivity of the line via SMS, the lead is considered valid. We provide a verified connection to an active line; we cannot be held liable for the honesty of the applicant's data entry.

    Connectivity Troubleshooting

    If you encounter a number without a dial tone, you are required to attempt the call using at least two different outbound phone numbers or "caller IDs." This ensures the issue isn't a local carrier block or a "Spam" flag on your specific agency line. If the line remains unreachable after multiple attempts from different numbers, you may submit it for a manual line test by our team.

    General Connectivity

    No credits are issued for busy signals, no-answers, or leads that go to voicemail.

To prevent system abuse and maintain a fair marketplace for all agents, valid call recordings are strictly required for the following dispute categories. This policy ensures that credits are based on objective evidence rather than subjective agent notes.

  • Language Barrier: The lead is unable to conduct a life insurance interview in English. A call recording must be provided as proof.

  • Employment Status: If "Employed" was a mandatory filter for your campaign and the lead is unemployed, a recording confirming this status must be provided.

  • Geographic Mismatch: The lead is located in a state explicitly excluded in your campaign filters. (Note: If the state was selected/included in your order, no credit will be issued).

4. Compliance With Laws (TCPA included)

You expressly acknowledge and agree:

  • Sole Responsibility: You, not First Sign Leads, are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of leads complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including without limitation the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), CAN-SPAM, state “mini-TCPA” laws, do-not-call registries, and carrier guidelines.

  • Consent & Outreach Practices: You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents before making any calls, texts, emails, or other outreach to leads.

  • Disclaimer: First Sign Leads does not warrant or represent that the leads you purchase are compliant for your intended use. By using our Services, you assume all risk of contacting the leads.

5. Prohibited Uses

We You may not use the Services to:
(a) violate any law, including telemarketing or consumer protection laws;
(b) send spam, junk messages, or robocalls without consent;
(c) misrepresent yourself to consumers;
(d) harass, threaten, or abuse any person.

Violation may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

6. AI Assisted Lead Caller

Depending on your location and option of service you selected, we may deploy our AI assisted agent to:

  • Initiate phone call on your behalf within the first two (2) minutes of lead opt-in.

  • Qualify and further warm up the lead.

  • Transfer phone calls to you REAL-TIME with the Lead on the other end of the phone.

  • Record initial interaction with lead so you know where things are if you aren't available to take the calls.

  • Enter Lead information into your CRM or Google sheets

  • Send you an email or SMS reminders and all that.

However, we do not make any guarantees regarding outcomes using our AI assistant. The agent is still responsible for answering calls, talking to leads, overcoming objections and closing the leads.
